Deputy Dan Kucharski is still on the stand and this time he's under cross-examination. He actually says that it's possible that the RAV4 key could have been planted.


How he never saw the key before Lt. Lenk "found" it even though it was right in Kucharski's eyesight.

Then, we learn that a bag containing evidence has his name on it but it's not his handwriting. Who bagged the evidence? Why did they sign his name? Is Kucharski being set up?
